This can include information pertinent to the operation of the condominium complex, such as monthly expenses and reserve funds available which could affect future association dues. It can also include by-laws, rules, regulations and restrictions which may affect your lifestyle. Questions can be as simple as "Can you have pets?; Can you hang your clothes outside in your balcony?; Can I wash my car in the parking lot?; Can I barbeque on my balcony?" If there are any questions and concerns, you can raise issues with the Condominium Board of Directors.
